I deeply apologise for not posting in a long time. I guess I didn't feel the tickle of inspiration.
I'm so thrilled considering the bonanza of gigs and parties we'll be embracing over the forthcoming weeks. Go snatch your diaries and let me give you an inkling of our exquisite menu:
Starting on this coming friday, Enola, member of the In Fine label, will be dishing out bouncy waves in Le Rouge bar. Hosted by the outrageously friendly Algorythme team.
Warp is taking over Tri Postal on march 19 with Autechre front-lining the party. Hopefully it won't be as warm and sweltering as the NAME festival last september, which was literally a boiling cauldron raging under trickles of evaporated sweat dangling from the ceiling.
I can't wait to admire lovely Owen Pallett in Aeronef on march 21. It'll be well pleasant to dance off a lazy sunday listening to his mellifluous songs. You should definitely check his last album "Heartland".
Brussels Electronic Music Festival came up with the neat idea of inviting this year Border Community on saturday the 27th of march. Unfortunately, Nathan Fake and Ricardo Tobar won't be tagging along (they're playing in Utrecht the same night, bummer!) but James Holden and Luke Abbott will make the belgium capital twirl and tremble.
My hips are shaking at the mere thought. Shall we attend the whole festival ?
April the 10th, on a saturday night at De Kreun we'll see Fuck Buttons twiddling the knobs and pouring onto the crowd monstrous saturated sounds. Supporting band, ear-bashing Three Trapped Tigers, will join the revelries. I'm really looking forward to seeing these guys live.
Our beloved Wild Beasts will be back around in Brussels' Botanique on friday the 16th of april. There's no way I'm gonna miss them this time !
It's not over yet people but I'm way too tired to go on and will resume later.
Toodle pip for now.
